Who can use Mulligan Club
You must be 18 or older. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up and check it. If we find out you're under 18, we'll remove your account.
You need to be able to enter into a binding contract, and you must not have been previously removed from Mulligan Club.
What Mulligan Club is
Mulligan Club helps golfers find other people to play with, and helps them arrange rounds. It is a social app for arranging golf. It is not a dating service.
We do not verify who anyone is. A profile is what that person typed in. Handicaps are self-reported and are not checked against any handicap authority.
Meeting people
Mulligan Club introduces you to strangers. Arranging and playing a round happens between you and them, in person, without us. You are responsible for your own safety.
Some sensible precautions:
- Meet at the course, in daylight, with staff around.
- Tell someone where you're going and when.
- Keep conversation in the app until you're comfortable.
- Trust your instincts. You can leave at any point, and you never owe anyone an explanation.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the conduct of anyone you meet through Mulligan Club, whether online or in person.
Your account
Keep your sign-in method secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, photos, matches, messages and rounds.
What you post
You keep ownership of your photos and what you write. By posting them you give us permission to store and display them within Mulligan Club so the app can work — showing your profile to other golfers, for example. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Do not post anything that:
- Isn't you, or misrepresents who you are.
- Is sexual, violent, hateful, or harassing.
- Belongs to someone else.
- Advertises, solicits, or is a scam.
- Contains someone else's personal information.
How you behave
Treat people the way you'd want to be treated on a first tee. No harassment, no discrimination, no pressuring anyone into anything.
Do not use bots or scripts, scrape profiles, or try to get round the limits we set on the app.
Reports and suspension
You can report anyone from their profile, a chat, or a round. Reports are reviewed by a person, and we don't tell the person you reported them.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. Where a suspension is for safety, we may act first and review afterwards. If you think we've got it wrong, tell us and a person will look again.
Money
Mulligan Club is free. If we introduce paid features, we'll say so clearly and set out the terms before you pay for anything. Green fees, tee times and anything else you arrange at a course are between you and that course.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Mulligan Club after that means you accept the new terms.
